Enrollment in any Stratford Academy program is subject to successful registration, payment confirmation, eligibility review, and completion of required onboarding steps.

Students must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during inquiry, registration, payment, and enrollment. Stratford Academy reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel enrollment if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable.

Enrollment is confirmed only after Stratford Academy issues confirmation through official communication channels or activates course access.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students enrolled with Stratford Academy are expected to:

  • Attend classes, orientations, and scheduled sessions regularly.
  • Complete assignments, projects, assessments, and learning activities on time.
  • Maintain professional conduct with instructors, mentors, counselors, staff, and fellow learners.
  • Use LMS access, recordings, and study materials only for personal learning.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Follow all academic, payment, communication, and conduct-related policies.
  • Respond to official communication from Stratford Academy in a timely manner.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in warnings, suspension of access, removal from classes, withholding of certificates, or termination of enrollment.

5. Course Access and Learning Platform

Course access may include live sessions, recorded content, LMS resources, projects, assignments, mentor support, or other learning tools depending on the selected program.

Stratford Academy may modify, update, pause, reschedule, replace, or discontinue any course component, trainer, curriculum module, platform feature, schedule, or delivery method for academic, operational, technical, administrative, or business reasons.

LMS or course access is provided for the duration specified by Stratford Academy and may expire after the applicable access period. Extended access, reactivation, or batch transfer may be subject to approval and additional charges.

6. Payments and Fees

Students are responsible for paying all applicable fees according to the agreed payment schedule, invoice, installment plan, or enrollment terms.

Fees may include, but are not limited to:

  • Registration fees
  • Course fees
  • Administrative charges
  • Technology or platform fees
  • Learning material fees
  • Assessment or certification-related charges
  • Installment or payment processing fees
  • Rescheduling or reactivation charges, where applicable

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of LMS access, class access, academic support, career services, certification eligibility, or other services until dues are cleared.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

Registration fees, administrative fees, processing fees, technology/platform charges, learning material fees, onboarding charges, payment gateway charges, and other service-related fees are generally non-refundable once paid.

Refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, and fee adjustments are governed strictly by Stratford Academy’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any written terms accepted at the time of enrollment.

8. Installments, Financing, and Third-Party Payment Providers

If a student enrolls through an installment plan, deferred payment arrangement, financing option, payment gateway, bank, lending partner, or third-party processor, the student is responsible for complying with all applicable payment obligations.

Third-party financing, payment approvals, loan terms, credit decisions, repayment obligations, interest, penalties, chargebacks, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

Stratford Academy does not control third-party financial decisions and is not responsible for any approval, rejection, delay, technical issue, credit reporting, repayment obligation, or dispute decision made by such providers.

Cancellation of enrollment with Stratford Academy does not automatically cancel any third-party financing, loan, or payment obligation.

9. Career Support and Placement Assistance

Stratford Academy may provide career-related support such as resume guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, portfolio review, job-search guidance, project support, mentorship, or placement assistance where applicable to the selected program.

However, Stratford Academy does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Job placement
  • Interview selection
  • Salary increase
  • Promotion
  • Employer sponsorship
  • Visa or immigration outcome
  • Certification approval by any third party
  • Any specific professional or financial result

Career outcomes depend on several independent factors including student effort, skill level, attendance, project completion, interview performance, prior experience, market conditions, employer requirements, and timely participation in career-readiness activities.

10. Certificates and Completion Documents

Certificates, completion letters, transcripts, or other academic documents, where applicable, are issued only after successful completion of all required academic, administrative, and financial obligations.

Stratford Academy may withhold certificates or completion documents if:

  • Fees are pending
  • Attendance requirements are not met
  • Assignments, projects, or assessments are incomplete
  • Student conduct policies are violated
  • Identity or document verification is incomplete
  • LMS or academic records show non-completion
  • The student is under dispute, suspension, or policy review

Certificates issued by Stratford Academy are intended to reflect completion of the applicable learning program and should not be misrepresented as licenses, government approvals, employment guarantees, or third-party certifications unless expressly stated.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Stratford Academy, including course videos, recordings, presentations, documents, assignments, projects, curriculum, assessments, website content, logos, designs, graphics, templates, LMS resources, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Stratford Academy or its authorized partners.

Students may use these materials only for personal educational purposes.

Students may not copy, record, download, distribute, sell, publish, upload, modify, reproduce, share, or commercially exploit any Stratford Academy content without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Stratford Academy’s intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and further legal or administrative action.

12. Code of Conduct

Students and users must maintain respectful, professional, and lawful conduct at all times.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, abuse, threats, or misconduct toward staff, instructors, mentors, or students
  • Sharing false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful statements
  • Misuse of LMS, course materials, or platform access
  • Unauthorized recording or redistribution of classes
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Using fake documents or false identity details
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage Stratford Academy systems

Violation of this section may result in suspension, termination, denial of certification, and further action where applicable.

13. Attendance, Participation, and Academic Progress

Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, participating in learning activities, completing assignments, and maintaining academic progress.

Non-attendance, lack of participation, missed deadlines, failure to complete projects, or inability to continue due to personal reasons does not automatically qualify the student for a refund, cancellation, extension, or fee waiver.

Stratford Academy may provide reasonable academic support; however, the responsibility for learning progress and completion rests with the student.

14. Batch Changes, Rescheduling, and Program Transfers

Batch transfers, session rescheduling, course pauses, or program changes may be allowed at Stratford Academy’s discretion, subject to availability, trainer schedules, program requirements, and administrative approval.

Such requests are not guaranteed and may involve additional charges.

A batch transfer, pause, or rescheduling approval does not cancel the student’s payment obligations and does not automatically create refund eligibility.

15. Website and Platform Availability

Stratford Academy makes reasonable efforts to maintain website, LMS, and platform availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, third-party service disruptions, security requirements, or technical errors.

Stratford Academy is not liable for temporary service interruptions, platform downtime, third-party tool failure, device issues, internet connectivity problems, or technical limitations at the student’s end.

16. Third-Party Tools and External Links

Stratford Academy may use or refer students to third-party tools, platforms, payment gateways, financing providers, software services, certification bodies, or external websites.

These third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms, policies, approvals, and privacy practices.

Stratford Academy is not responsible for the actions, decisions, failures, security practices, content, charges, approvals, or service interruptions of third-party providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

Stratford Academy provides educational and professional development services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratford Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, professional, academic, technical, or career-related losses arising from use of its website, courses, LMS, services, or third-party tools.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Failure to secure employment
  • Missed job opportunities
  • Loss of income
  • Technical issues
  • Payment gateway delays
  • Third-party financing issues
  • Student non-performance
  • Employer rejection
  • Market conditions
  • Platform interruptions

The student acknowledges that educational services require active participation and that results vary from individual to individual.

18. Suspension or Termination of Services

Stratford Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment, LMS access, class participation, support services, or certification eligibility if the student:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Fails to pay required fees
  • Misuses course materials
  • Engages in misconduct or abuse
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Files improper or misleading payment disputes
  • Shares confidential or proprietary materials
  • Damages the reputation, operations, or integrity of Stratford Academy
  • Fails to comply with academic or administrative requirements

Termination of access does not automatically entitle the student to a refund.

19. Communication Consent

By submitting an inquiry, registering, enrolling, or using Stratford Academy’s services, the student consents to receive communication from Stratford Academy through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, LMS notifications, or other official communication channels.

Such communication may include admission updates, course information, class schedules, payment reminders, academic notices, policy updates, support messages, and promotional or educational updates.

Students may opt out of non-essential promotional communication, but Stratford Academy may continue sending important academic, administrative, billing, legal, or service-related notices.

20. Privacy and Data Use

Stratford Academy may collect, process, store, and use personal information for admission, enrollment, academic delivery, billing, communication, student support, certification, compliance, quality assurance, and operational purposes.

Use of personal information is governed by Stratford Academy’s Privacy Policy.

Students are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and updated.

21. Disputes and Resolution

Students are encouraged to raise concerns through Stratford Academy’s official support or administrative channels before initiating external disputes or chargebacks.

Stratford Academy may review complaints based on enrollment records, payment details, LMS logs, attendance, communication history, service delivery evidence, and applicable policies.

Any dispute shall be handled according to the policies, written agreements, and applicable laws governing the transaction or service.

22. Policy Updates

Stratford Academy reserves the right to update, revise, modify, replace, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The updated version will be published on the official Stratford Academy website and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the website, LMS, courses, or services after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms & Conditions.

23. Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with Stratford Academy’s:

  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Disclaimer
  • Program-specific enrollment terms
  • Payment or financing terms, where applicable

In the event of conflict, the most specific written agreement or policy applicable to the student’s enrollment shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
